'Yearn' - Psalm 37:4 // Church Anniversary

"Take delight in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart," (Psalm 37:4 | NIV)

Such a delay on my post about our Church's 14th Anniversary last weekend, but here it is! Our theme this year was, "Yearn." The word 'yearn' means a great longing for something. This year's verse was my favorite verse of all time! So this year's theme really hit me a lot more than the past years due to the fact that it was my favorite Bible verse. 

Youth Rally 2015 was the second year of Daniel and I leading praise and worship. Those long practices of repeatedly going over songs really paid off! I am very proud of our band, God has blessed us with these musical talents to be His instruments and that is exactly what we did that night. The entire Youth Rally was a huge success from the two different testimonies to the praise and worship to the emceeing to the sharing of His word. God really did light His presence into the sanctuary that night!

I did not really take that many photos at the Youth Rally, because we were too caught up in fellowship and dancing around!

And this is what happens when our Youth tries to take a picture. A beautiful disaster! Lol.

Sunday was our big celebration with our sister church! We always celebrate it at the Torrance Civic Center every year. Praise the Lord for a successful anniversary Church celebration. We learned to continue to yearn for God this year and when we put our whole heart into living our life for Him, He will surely bless us with the desires of our heart. :)
